▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A fluorescent aptamer sensor for detecting okadaic acid, obtained by performing self-assembly of a nucleic acid aptamer that recognizes okadaic acid with 5' end labeled with a fluorescent group and graphene oxide, is new. The nucleic acid aptamer is okadaic acid aptamer. The sequence of the aptamer comprises 40 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: Not defined) fully defined in the specification. The graphene oxide is used as a fluorescence quencher. USE - The fluorescent aptamer sensor is useful for detecting okadaic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor detects okadaic acid simply and cost-effectively with high specificity of 0.5-200 ng/ml. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the fluorescent aptamer sensor for detecting okadaic acid, which involves heating okadaic acid aptamer with a concentration of 1 mu M at 95 degrees C for 5 minutes, cooling to room temperature, adding 20 mu l okadaic acid aptamer to 20 mu l graphene oxide with concentration of 5-25 mu g/ml, shaking at room temperature, incubating for 10 minutes to obtain okadaic acid aptamer and graphene oxide to obtain okadaic acid aptamer-graphene oxide complex, which is the fluorescent aptamer sensor for detecting okadaic acid.
