NOVELTY - High-performance membrane electrode comprises proton exchange membrane, first catalytic layer, cathode material and anode material. The first catalytic layer and cathode material are respectively arranged on upper surface and lower surface of proton exchange membrane. The cathode material comprises first gas diffusion layer. The anode material comprises second catalytic layer and second gas diffusion layer. The first gas diffusion layer and second gas diffusion layer comprises electric conduction supporting layer and microporous layer. The first catalyst layer and second catalyst layer are platinum/nickel material layers loaded by molybdenum disulfide/graphene hybrid nanosheets. The conductive supporting layer is carbon paper. The microporous layer is porous carbon fiber and carbon nanotube composite material layer. The proton exchange membrane is sulfonated silicon fiber hybrid polyvinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene membrane. USE - High-performance membrane electrode used for proton exchange membrane fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The high performance membrane electrode has excellent performance, simple and suitable for industrial production.
