▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing reverse osmosis membrane modified by graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol coating, involves mixing 3-8% m-phenylenediamine, 2-6% triethylamine and 5-10% camphorsulfonic acid to obtain aqueous solution, and mixing 0.1-0.5% trimesoyl chloride in oil to obtain oil phase solution. The polysulfone support film is affixed to the aqueous solution by affixing to a stainless steel sheet. The solvent is removed, and the interfacial polymerization reaction is carried out by immersing in the oil phase solution. The solvent is removed to obtain a preliminary ecological reverse osmosis membran. USE - Method used for preparing reverse osmosis membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures improved polyvinyl alcohol coat modified reverse osmosis membrane water flux decline, and thus polyvinyl alcohol coating is easy to fall off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing reverse osmosis membrane modified by graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol coating, involves mixing 3-8% m-phenylenediamine, 2-6% triethylamine and 5-10% camphorsulfonic acid to obtain aqueous solution, and mixing 0.1-0.5% trimesoyl chloride in oil to obtain oil phase solution. The cross-linking reaction solution of polyvinyl alcohol containing graphene oxide A mixture of graphene oxide aqueous solution and polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution is mixed, and magnetically stirred for 5-10 minutes, ultrasonically dispersed for 30-60 minutes, and then cross-linking agent, serine, and acid are added. The catalyst obtains a polyvinyl alcohol crosslinking reaction solution containing graphene oxide. The graphene oxide-containing polyvinyl alcohol cross-linking reaction solution is coated on the surface of the preliminary ecological reverse osmosis membrane, and placed in an oven at 60-120 degrees C temperature for 5-20 minutes to obtain graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol coating modified reverse osmosis membrane.
