NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity flame retardant graphene flexible film, obtained by introducing a flame retardant reducing agent into surface of the graphene oxide sheet by functionalization or grafting, reducing the graphene oxide, and adding a filler to form a film, the mass ratio of flame retardant reducing agent and graphene oxide is 1:1-10, and flame retardant reducing agent and filler is 1-1.2:1. USE - The flexible film is useful for electronic device heat dissipating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has thermal conductivity of 15W/m/K in plane direction and vertical surface reaches to 0.8W/m/K, tensile strength is 35Mpa, good flame retardant performance, does not release heat below 500 degrees C, where peak heat release is 37 W/g or less at highest heat release temperature of 540 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high thermal conductivity flame retardant graphene flexible film, comprising (i) adding a flame retardant reducing agent into aqueous graphene oxide dispersion, adjusting pH to 8-10, processing ultrasonically for 30-90 minutes, stirring and dispersing at 50-90 degrees C; (ii) adding filler and dispersing ultrasonically for 30-90 minutes; and (iii) volatilizing the solvent, and drying.
