▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A negative electrode has an uneven surface, and comprises 100-300 carbon-based films (1102) provided over the uneven surface and in contact with projections (1101a, 1101b, 1101c, 1101d) of the uneven surface. The carbon-based film comprises graphene (1104). USE - Negative electrode is used in secondary battery used in e.g. display device such as LCD and light-emitting display device for TV and computers, installation lighting device, split-type air conditioner, and electric refrigerator-freezer for preserving DNA. Can also be used for mobile phones, portable game machines, portable information terminals, electronic-book readers, DVDs, digital still cameras, video cameras, microwave ovens, electric rice cookers, electric washing machines, electric motors, motorized bicycles, and dialyzers. ADVANTAGE - The negative electrode material forms a wide conductive network in secondary battery without the need for binder or conductive additive, due to the presence of film-like carbon-based material, has excellent lithium-occluding property of both silicon and carbon. The film-like carbon-based material improves lithium occlusion efficiency of secondary battery comprising the electrode. The electrode effectively improves capacity of secondary battery due to presence of silicon as active material, and enables secondary battery to provide uninterruptible power supply to electronic devices even when power cannot be supplied from a commercial power supply due to power failure. The projections on uneven surface of electrode are unbreakable, as the core portions of the projections are made of crystalline silicon, and portions around core are made of amorphous silicon.
