▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) placing powder mixing hopper in sealed mixing powder chamber, providing powder mixing hopper body with filter screen with particle size of mesh number and metal particle powder and dispersing blade driven by motor, spreading filter screen flatly with metal particle powder, spreading the metal particles on the filter screen, and connecting the top of the graphene aerosols chamber and the top surface of powder mixing chamber by an air outlet pipe, (ii) performing electric explosion operation on the graphene powder by electric explosion method and directly releasing the generated graphene aerosol in the argon-filled graphene aerosol chamber to obtain the required concentration of graphene aerosol in argon gas medium, and (iii) starting the circulating fan before the aerosol-agglomeration, trapping and capturing occurs in the mixing process, and making the stable graphene on the surface of the metal particles to obtain the metal matrix graphene. USE - Method for preparing metal matrix material for graphene. Uses include but are not limited to lithium additive, heat conducting material, conductive ink and anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the metal matrix material graphene composite material that has high content of uniformly dispersed graphene sheet metal matrix in the composite material, improved performance, and is easy to adhere to the metal particles by the graphene sheet with small diameter obtained by the electric explosion spraying method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a metal matrix material for graphene (Drawing includes non-English language text).
