▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a self-supporting three-dimensional graphene framework comprises (1) adding the metal foam into the graphene oxide solution, allowing to stand, so that the graphene oxide sheet is attached to the surface of the metal foam to form a film, and obtaining graphene skeleton-metal foam, (2) coating polymethyl methacrylate on graphene skeleton-metal foam, and obtaining polymethyl methacrylate-graphene skeleton-metal foam, and (3) successively removing metal foam and polymethyl methacrylate in the polymethyl methacrylate-graphene skeleton-metal foam, cleaning and freeze-drying to obtain self-supporting three-dimensional graphene skeleton. USE - The method is useful for preparing self-supporting three-dimensional graphene skeleton, which is useful for preparing three-dimensional graphene-filled composite material used in the field of heat dissipation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The self-supporting three-dimensional graphene framework has high reduction degree, high density inner wall, high oxidation degree and low density outer wall, and prepares resin-based three-dimensional graphene-filled composite material with stable bonding and dense thermal conduction channels. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: elf-supporting three-dimensional graphene framework; and three-dimensional graphene-filled composite material, obtained by pouring resin material into the self-supporting three-dimensional graphene skeleton, and curing.
