NOVELTY - Use of graphene oxide for regulating angiogenesis, is claimed. USE - The graphene oxide, dressing and anti-tumor particle are useful for regulating angiogenesis, promoting angiogenesis and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and tumor deterioration respectively (all claimed).
