▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of graphene fiber in mid-infrared photoelectric detection comprising fixing the graphene fiber between two metal electrodes and inputting a dark current below 100 mA, in the mid-infrared environment, the graphite fiber output response current, where the carbon to oxygen ratio of the graphene fiber is at least 10, the range of detection wavelength is 3-10 microns, the fastest detection frequency is 1 MHz, the working pressure environment is 0-1013 mbar, the working temperature environment is 30-400 K, the graphene fiber is obtained by wet spinning and the graphene fibers are solid cylinders, hollow cylinders, core-shell structures, ribbons and spirals. USE - The fiber is useful in mid-infrared photoelectric detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber has good flexibility thus can be fabricated into woven optoelectronic devices. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the graphene fiber-based detector device (Drawing includes non-English language text).
