NOVELTY - A non-absorbent steering wheel protected layer sheath material contains guanidine sulfamate, epoxy butyl oleate, graphene oxide, hydrazine hydrate, poly- epsilon -caprolactone diol, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, trifluoropropylmethylcyclotrisiloxane, tetramethyldisiloxane, sulfuric acid, toluene diisocyanate, butyl acetate, 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, sillimanite powder, dimethylethanolamine, cocamide diethanolamine, zinc methacrylate, and calcium chloride. USE - Non-absorbent steering wheel protected layer sheath material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The non-absorbent steering wheel protected layer sheath material has excellent water resistance and smoothness, and is safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A non-absorbent steering wheel protected layer sheath material contains 0.4-1 pts. wt. guanidine sulfamate, 10-13 pts. wt. epoxy butyl oleate, 10-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 170-180 pts. wt. poly- epsilon -caprolactone diol, 5-6 pts. wt. octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 2.5-3 pts. wt. trifluoropropylmethylcyclotrisiloxane, 0.8-1 pts. wt. tetramethyldisiloxane, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. 95-98% sulfuric acid, 120-130 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 10-14 pts. wt. butyl acetate, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, 5-7 pts. wt. sillimanite powder, 1-2 pts. wt. dimethylethanolamine, 0.7-1 pts. wt. cocamide diethanolamine, 2-3 pts. wt. zinc methacrylate, and 1-2 pts. wt. calcium chloride.
