NOVELTY - The method involves taking metal salt and metal ion salt solvent. Stir is transferred to a hydro-thermal kettle. Hydrothermal reaction is performed at 100-180 degree Celsius for 18 hours. Washing process is performed by using water and ethanol. Drying process is performed for 5-12 hours. Doped metal ion is obtained. Graphite oxide is taken. Oxidized graphene dispersion liquid is obtained. Nano-powder is taken and added to the oxide dispersion liquid. Ultrasonic process is performed for 2-10 hours. Lithium ion battery cathode material of graphene coated doped metal ion is obtained. USE - Lithium ion battery cathode material circulation stability improving method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing conductivity and metal oxide volume expansion effect.
