▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Thermoelectric material (I), is new. USE - The material is useful in thermoelectric system, where the thermoelectric system is thermoelectric device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material exhibits a high electrical conductivity for elevated temperatures, a reduction in thermal conductivity for elevated temperatures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Thermoelectric material (A1y/B1xC1x-D) (I), is new. A1 = carbon nanoparticle comprising carbon nanotubes, carbon nanorods, nanoplatelets or graphene; B1 = sodium, bismuth, antimony, arsenic, phosphorus, nitrogen, boron, aluminum, gallium, indium, or thallium; C1 = tin, germanium, or lead; D1 = silicon, selenium, or tellurium; x = 0-1; and y = 0-0.1. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a thermoelectric system comprising the thermoelectric material (I) adaptable for inclusion in a thermoelectric device; (2) preparing a thermoelectric material; and (3) thermoelectric device, comprising at least one element adapted for inclusion in a thermoelectric device, where the device comprises (I), heatsink, n-type material, p-type material, and a heat source.
