▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of iron oxide hydroxide supported graphene oxide flame retardant (I) comprises reacting dopamine (II) with akaganeite (III) to obtain iron-containing dopamine derivative (IV); and reacting with decacyclo-tetraene-dicarboxylic acid derivative (V). USE - Method for preparing iron oxide hydroxide supported graphene oxide flame retardant used for preparing epoxy resin-modified flame retardant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant has dense physical insulation layer, forms dense protective film to block air, has improved flame retardancy, prevents ablation of substrate, promotes carbon formation during combustion, and has insulating and oxygen barrier function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of iron oxide hydroxide supported graphene oxide flame retardant of formula (I) comprises reacting dopamine (II) with akaganeite of formula (III) to obtain iron-containing dopamine of formula (IV); and reacting with decacyclo-tetraene-dicarboxylic acid derivative of formula (V). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of epoxy resin-modified flame retardant comprising weighing epoxy resin into flask, heating to 80-110 degrees C, stirring for 25-50 minutes, adding 1-5 wt.% flame retardant, and stirring for 50-90 minutes; and adding curing agent, stirring uniformly, pouring into pre-heated mold, solidifying for 3-5 hours at 115-135 degrees C, continuously heat-preserving for 1-3 hours at 125-155 degrees C, and finally heat-preserving for 1-3 hours at 145-175 degrees C.
