NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-zinc sulfide nano-material involves adding graphene oxide into deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-2 hours to obtain oxidized graphene suspension, adding zinc nitrate solution into graphene oxide suspension liquid, ultrasonically dispersing for 5-15 minutes, and stirring. The sodium hydrosulphide solution is added, and continuously stirred for 15-30 minutes to obtain mixed solution. The hydrazine hydrate solution is added into mixed solution, placed at 150-200 degrees C to react for 10-16 hours to obtain reaction mixture. The reaction mixture is cooled. USE - Method for preparing graphene-zinc sulfide nano-material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-zinc sulfide nano-material that has uniform grain size and high photoelectric conversion efficiency.
