NOVELTY - Polyamideimide composite material comprises 50-65 pts. wt. silicon dioxide/polyamide-imide composite material, 20-26 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 4-8 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 3-12 pts. wt. acetone, 10-16 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 3-12 pts. wt. accelerators, and 10-22 pts. wt. anti-aging agent. The doping amount of silicon dioxide in the silicon dioxide/polyamide-imide composite material is 10-15%. USE - The composite material is useful for sealing valve body. Can also be used in aerospace, and electronic device, and as an engineering material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has small particle size, high key energy and good heat resistance, improves the heat stability of the valve body sealing piece, and improves the corona resistance life of valve housing sealing piece. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing preparation polyamideimide composite material for sealing valve body comprising (S1) preparing raw materials, and drying, (S2) fully stirring and mixing the dried raw materials, (S3) adding the raw materials into the mold and compacting them into shape, and (S4) adding into a sintering furnace to sinter with a certain heating curve.
