NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive ink involves preparing a graphene-coated nano-copper materials, uniformly mixing and stirring the nano copper material coated with the graphene, organic silicon resin, hydroxy acrylic resin, a solvent, a dispersing agent, a leveling agent, and a defoaming agent, and then grinding to obtain the graphene conductive ink. The particle size of the nano-copper particles in the graphene-coated nano-copper material is 50 nm to 1 μm. The mass ratio of copper is 50-70%. The thickness of graphene is 1-5 nm, and the sheet diameter of graphene is 1-50 μm. USE - Method for preparing graphene conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of easy agglomeration of graphene and improves the conductivity of graphene conductive ink. The graphene-coated nano-copper material has a lower square resistance, excellent conductivity, and exhibits a strong adsorption characteristics that can enhance the bonding strength of the graphene layer, copper and graphene synergetic effect, and can form a good conductive network.
