ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite heat sink is cost-effective and eco-friendly, has a simple process, is easy to industrialized production, and has excellent horizontal and vertical heat dissipation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene composite heat sink, which involves: (a)weighing the raw material includes 60-90 parts by weight of graphene, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-10 pts. wt. carburizing agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. anti-aggregation filler, 0.1-5 pts. wt. co-deposition agent, and 0.1-5 pts. wt. dispersant;(b)adding the weighed graphene, graphene oxide, anti-aggregation filler and dispersant to the dispersing equipment;(c)pouring an appropriate amount of deionized water, dispersing fully;(d)transferring the product to the reaction vessel, stirring;(e)adding the co-deposition agent, increasing the temperature;(f)stopping stirring after the reaction is complete, standing until the solid settle;(g) removing portion of the supernatant in the reaction vessel;(h)adding the carbon-forming agent to the reaction vessel, stirring uniformly;(i)pouring out the product in the reaction vessel, spreading on the filter cloth;(j)scraping, drying;(k) separating the filter cloth from the intermediate product, pressing into a film;(k)sintering at a high temperature, and rolling the sintered product into a finished heat sink.
