NOVELTY - Antibacterial and deodorant self-heating type functional liner cloth comprises graphene-containing warp yarns and polyester wefts which formed by a plain weave interweaving method of one up and one down, and warp and weft density of liner fabric is 77×50T/cm and weight is 52±3g/m2. The warp yarn adopts 40D/72F polyester semi-gloss filament and 40D/72F polyester semi-gloss filament graphene fiber, weft yarn is 40D/72F and 40D/72F polyester semi-gloss filament and 40D/72F polyester semi-gloss filament graphene fiber fineness is 0.55, graphene fibers are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, a large number of randomly distributed particles in 40D/72F polyester filament graphene fiber observed particle distribution relatively through Raman spectroscopy and can be confirmed that fabric contains graphene particles with antibacterial effect over 90%, far-infrared emissivity is greater than 0.9 and anti-mildew rating is 2. USE - Antibacterial deodorizing self-heating functional liner cloth. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial deodorizing self-heating type functional liner cloth has high tightness density, good hand feeling, and is easy to damp breeding bacteria.
