▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An apparatus has photon sensing layers, consists of graphene, arranged on top of each other and intermediate layer between each adjacent sensing layers. Each intermediate layer prevents respective color component of light from proceeding into the adjacent photon sensing layer. USE - Apparatus for sensing photons used in handheld mobile communication device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The apparatus has improved color separation, fairly even absorption of photons in the whole visible light spectrum, is manufactured simply, has low material cost, has fast photoresponse, decreases power consumption, and provides more time for data processing.
