▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Highly transparent thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film comprises 45-55 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 3-10 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 1-5 pts. wt. fluorine-containing polyol, 25-35 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate, 5-10 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-5 pts. wt. modified graphite oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. modified porous silicon dioxide, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. catalyst. USE - The highly transparent TPU film is useful for protection of electronic products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film: has excellent transparency, smaller roughness and excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the highly transparent TPU film, comprising (i) mixing polyester polyol, polyethylene glycol, fluorine-containing polyol, isophorone diisocyanate and catalyst, and carrying out the reaction to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer, (ii) mixing the polyurethane prepolymer obtained in the step (i), the modified graphene oxide and the chain extender, and carrying out the reaction to obtain a polyurethane elastomer, and (iii) mixing and stirring the polyurethane elastomer obtained in the step (ii) and the modified porous silicon dioxide, extruding and molding.
