NOVELTY - Graphene foam phase change composite material is prepared by embedding graphene foam framework with a phase change material. The graphene heat conductive film is bonded to the upper and lower surfaces of the graphene foam phase change composite material. USE - Graphene foam phase change composite material with spalling heat protection structure. ADVANTAGE - The composite material is lightweight, and has excellent lateral heat conduction ability, longitudinal heat insulation performance, energy storage capacity and corrosion resistance. The preparation process is simple, convenient operation, economical, and is suitable for large-scale preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene foam phase change composite material, which involves (1) heating and melting the phase change material, placing graphene foam framework in the hot melt of the obtained phase change material, soaking the graphene foam framework in the hot melt of the phase change material, cooling down, obtaining a graphene foam phase change composite material, and (2) bonding the graphene thermal conductive film to the upper and lower surfaces of the graphene foam phase change composite material.
