NOVELTY - Producing pit paper comprises (i) stirring and pulping crushed waste paper, diatomite, glass fiber, starch, graphene and water for 1-3 hours, paper making and drying to obtain flat layer; (ii) stirring and crushed waste paper, diatomite, glass fiber, starch, graphene and water for 1-3 hours, paper making, drying, embossing to obtain corrugated core layer; and (iii) coating adhesive on corrugation peak inner core layer, adhering flat layer on corrugated inner core layer, drying for 2-4 hours at 120-155℃, coating waterproof coating on one side of flat layer far away by corrugated inner core layer, drying for 3-6 minutes at 120-130℃C to obtain pit paper, where the water-proof coating is: 15-25 pts. wt. epoxy acrylic resin, 10-16 pts. wt. modified corn powder straw, 5-9 pts. wt. lignin fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. organosilicone antifoaming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 12-23 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 10-30 pts. wt. glycol and 2-4 pts. wt. thickening agent. USE - The pit paper is useful in paper boxes for storing food or electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The pit paper has good mechanical property and waterproof performance.
