NOVELTY - The watch (10) has a case that is provided with middle portion (11). The case is provided with crystal (13,14) fixed to the case band. A watch movement portion (12) is provided with a flexible guide element (15). A flat transparent element is comprised on one of faces. A thin transparent electrically conductive layer (16) is provided on one portion of surface. The transparent flat element is constituted by the crystal. The thin transparent electrically conductive layer is placed on the internal face of the crystal. The transparent plane element consists of a dial which is made of an electrically insulating material. The thin layer is made of indium tin oxide. The thin layer is made of doped zinc oxide. The thin layer is made of carbon or graphene nanotubes. USE - Watch e.g. timepiece. ADVANTAGE - The electrostatic phenomena are avoided or are limited. The proper functioning of the flexible guide elements and/or of the indicators of the watch, is ensured.
