NOVELTY - Invention relates to a sensitive element of a luminescent sensor used for optical detection of molecular bromine and bromine-containing substances in gaseous and liquid media, containing a dielectric substrate including a measuring interdigital electrode system, with a graphene layer, a quantum dot layer, including a core based on cadmium selenide and semiconductor shells based on cadmium selenide and zinc sulfide, and a layer of porous non-polar copolymer based on tetrafluoroethylene and vinylidene fluoride applied thereto. The invention also relates to a method for production thereof. USE - Testing. ADVANTAGE - Technical result of the present invention consists in the fact that the produced sensitive element of a luminescent sensor should exhibit a high sensitivity for detection of a particular determined compound, while being usable not only in gaseous but also in liquid media, primarily in aqueous and aqueous-alcoholic solutions. 2 cl, 3 dwg, 3 ex
