NOVELTY - Hemp-based plastic composition comprises 1-80% hemp material combined with a thermoplastic polymeric material. USE - Used as hemp-based plastic composition. ADVANTAGE - The hemp-based plastic composition delivers desired characteristics, e.g. tensile strength and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for making the composition, comprising combining the hemp material with the thermoplastic polymeric material to create a polymeric base composition so that 1-80% of the composition is hemp material, exposing the base composition to conditions comprising at least two of elevated heat, elevated pressure, combination with a third material, a molding, injecting, layering or extruding process, and a finishing process, and recovering the hemp-based plastic composition.
