▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three-dimensional polycrystalline cubic boron nitride toughened material is prepared by subjecting cubic boron nitride powder to surface high energy treatment and acid dispersing; adding 98.7-99.2 mass% treated cubic boron nitride powder, 0.2-0.4 mass% zero-dimensional zirconium dioxide powder, 0.1-0.3 mass% one-dimensional silicon nitride whisker and 0.3-0.6 mass% two-dimensional graphene into planetary ball mill and refining; and adding obtained dried powder, putting into discharge plasma sintering furnace, sintering and forming at 1300-1560 degrees C to obtain cubic boron nitride material.
