NOVELTY - Marine sulfoaluminate cement 40-60 pts. wt. sulfoaluminate cement clinker, 5-10 pts. wt. modified nano calcium carbonate, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. high efficiency water reducing agent, 0-4 pts. wt. accelerator, 6-8 pts. wt. anti-cracking waterproof expansion agent, 3-5 pts. wt. redispersible latex powder, 10-15 pts. wt. clinker sea sand, 2-5 pts. wt. silica fume, 6-10 pts. wt. granulated blast furnace slag powder, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. modified graphene, where the modified nano calcium carbonate is prepared by mixing the dry nano calcium carbonate and the SP-1800 polyester hyperdispersant in a mass ratio of 10: 1, and stirring at a constant temperature of 110 degrees C for 30 minutes. USE - The cement is useful for rapid construction (claimed) and marine engineering buildings. ADVANTAGE - The concrete: has high early strength. The method: adopts the marine sulfoaluminate cement, can be cured rapidly and reach demolding strength earlier, and meets the requirements of rapid construction in marine environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the marine sulfoaluminate cement comprising (1) grinding sulfoaluminate cement clinker, clinker sea sand, silica fume, and granulated blast furnace slag powder with a cement mill to achieve a pass rate of more than 95% through a 100-mesh sieve, (2) adding modified nano-calcium carbonate, high-efficiency water-reducing agent, accelerating agent, crack-resistant and water-resistant swelling agent, redispersible emulsion powder and modified graphene to the raw materials and thoroughly mixing to obtain a semi-finished product of marine sulfoaluminate cement, and (3) transporting the semi-finished product of marine sulfoaluminate cement into the homogenization bin of the finished product by a hoist, homogenizing the air generated at the bottom of the homogenization bin to obtain the finished product of marine sulfoaluminate cement.
