NOVELTY - Polyethylene melt flow rate regulator comprises 25-40 pts. wt. tert-butyl-peroxy isopropyl benzene, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. di-tert-butyl peroxide, 5-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin and 40-60 pts. wt. carrier. USE - Used as polyethylene melt flow rate regulator. ADVANTAGE - The regulator: reduces the melt flow rate greater than or equal to 40% without reducing other mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyethylene melt flow rate regulator comprising (i) mixing the carrier with maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin and adding to the high speed mixer, carrying out closed heating at 40 degrees C, opening the high-speed mixer to mixing the two for 30-40 minutes, where the temperature of the material in the high-speed mixer does not exceed 95 degrees C, adding carrier, maleic anhydride-grafted polyolefin, tert-butyl-peroxy isopropyl benzene and di-tert-butyl peroxide to the high-speed mixer by spraying, and (ii) cooling the material temperature of the high-speed mixer to normal temperature, adding graphene, and controlling the material temperature to below 60 degrees C, and stirring for 5-10 minutes.
