▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A transparent conductive composite electrode comprises gallium nitride buffer layer, N-gallium nitride layer, quantum well layer, P-gallium nitride layer and composite transparent electrode layer, provided in an order on a support, n-type electrode on N-gallium nitride layer, and p-type electrode on composite transparent electrode layer. The composite transparent electrode layer comprises graphene film, provided on zinc oxide nanofilm. USE - Transparent conductive composite electrode is used for LED chip. ADVANTAGE - The transparent conductive composite electrode has excellent crack resistance and corrosion resistance, high light transmission rate, and can be economically manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of transparent conductive composite electrode.
