▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composition comprises: (A) graphene nanoplatelets; (B) one or more ceramic fillers; and (C) one or more high temperature fibers. USE - The composition is useful for preparing a flat sheet article (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition provides the flat sheet article with high electrical resistivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a flat sheet article comprising a calendered combination of the components (A)-(C), where the graphene nanoplatelets are present in an amount of 10-80 wt.%, the ceramic fillers are present in an amount of 5-80 wt.%, and the high temperature fibers are present in an amount of 5-60 wt.%; and (2) preparing the article, comprising (a) providing predetermined amounts of the components (A)-(C), (b) wetting out in water, the component (C), (c) blending the components (B) and (C) in a blender at a predetermined ratio for a predetermined time, (d) adding the component (A) into the blender and blending for a predetermined period of time to provide a slurry, (e) adding the slurry to an agitator tank and adding a predetermined amount of water and agitating for a predetermined period of time, (f) providing a paper forming apparatus, (g) adding the slurry from step (e) into the paper forming apparatus, (h) applying a vacuum to the paper forming apparatus to form a wet web, (i) completing paper forming in the paper forming apparatus, (j) drying the formed sheet, (k) supporting the formed sheets on a support to form a forming composite, (l) calendaring the forming composite for a predetermined period of time, and (m) separating the forming composite to provide a dry, flat sheet article.
