NOVELTY - Graphene antistatic floor paint comprises component A and component B, which comprises 8-11 pts. wt. pyromellitic dianhydride, 8-12 pts. wt. amino modified graphene, and 6-9 pts. wt. acetone-diethylenetriamine compound. The weight ratio of component A and component B is 5.5-7:1. USE - Graphene antistatic floor paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene antistatic floor paint the interlayer gap of graphene layers results, decrease conductivity, and increases anti-static performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene antistatic floor paint, which involves: (A) mixing epoxy resin, dispersing agent and emulsifier with water, and stirring at a rate of 500-600 rpm for 45-65 minutes; (B) dissolving graphene is in water, ultrasonically shaken for 20-30 minutes, and then adding N-phenyl-o-phenylenediamine and raising temperature to 60-80 degrees C, and the rotation speed of 800-1200 rpm for 30-40 minutes, adding antifoaming agent, reactive diluent and filler, continue stirring at 1500-1700 rpm for 2-2.5 hours, and cooling down to obtain the component A; and (C) adding amino-modified graphene, pyromellitic dianhydride and acrylonitrile-diethylenetriamine compound to vessel and stirring at a rate of 800-1000 rpm and allowing the mixture to stand for 50-60 minutes to obtain final product.
