NOVELTY - Preparing self supporting graphene film involves preparing graphene oxide whose concentration is 0.5-10 micro-gram per milliliter in oxidized graphene aqueous solution, filtering film as substrate in mixed cellulose ester mixing graphene oxide film attached to mixed cellulose ester membrane are set in sealed container at 60-100 degrees C for 1-10 hours, casting by evaporation. The melted solid is transferred in agent uniformly coated surface of reduction-oxidation graphene film, and slowly cooled to room temperature. The good solvent is transferred to agent coated with solid of graphene film. USE - Method for preparing self supporting graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare self supporting graphene film which is used as transparent conducting device with high flexibility.
