NOVELTY - A renewable photometric probe comprises cobalt-iron oxide-graphene nanocomposite, gold-silver core-shell nanorods composite (AuOAgNRs), 3,3', 5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB), and deionized water. The renewable photometric probe is obtained by dissolving cobalt-iron oxide-graphene nanocomposite in ethanol, mixing product with gold-silver core-shell nanorods composite and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, mixing L-ascorbic acid, silver nitrate solution and sodium hydroxide, stirring the product, dispersing the product and mixing the product. USE - Renewable photometric probe. ADVANTAGE - The renewable photometric probe has high sensitivity, and can be prepared in a simple, rapid and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A renewable photometric probe comprises cobalt-iron oxide-graphene nanocomposite, gold-silver core-shell nanorods composite (AuOAgNRs), 3,3', 5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB), and deionized water. The renewable photometric probe is obtained by dissolving 10 mg cobalt-iron oxide-graphene nanocomposite in 30 ml ethanol, mixing 1 ml 0.2 M/ml ferric nitrate, 0.5 ml 0.2 M cobalt nitrate, and 2.50 ml ammonia, heating the product at 80 degrees C for 12 hours, subjecting to autoclave at 180 degrees C for 5 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging the product, drying the product under vacuum at 50 degrees C, mixing product with gold-silver core-shell nanorods composite, and 20 ml 0.05-0.2m/l cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) at 30-45 degrees C, mixing 3 ml 0.1 M/l L-ascorbic acid, 0.5-1 ml 0.01 M/ml silver nitrate solution, and 3-6 ml 0.1 M/l sodium hydroxide, stirring the product for 1-3 hours, dispersing the product in 20 ml deionized water and mixing the product in the ratio of 1-5 mg: 0.5-1 ml:0.1-1 ml:2 ml.
