NOVELTY - Polylactic acid composite material comprises 70-80 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 20-30 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-7 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 7-15 pts. wt. cardanol and 1-3 pts. wt. additives. USE - Polylactic acid composite material used for three-dimensional printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has improved intensity and toughness, less shrinking rate and excellent comprehensive mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of Polylactic acid composite material comprising adding graphene oxide to dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing, dissolving silane coupling agent in 70% aqueous solution of ethanol, dropwisely adding to graphene oxide solution, heating, stirring, spray-drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, adding polylactic acid and cardanol to kneader, kneading, adding polycarbonate and compatibilizer, kneading, adding modified graphene oxide and additives, kneading, adding to twin-screw extruder, melt-blending, extruding, granulating to obtain pellets, adding pellets to single-screw extruder, melt-blending, extruding, cool molding and winding.
