NOVELTY - A modified graphene cable material comprises 68-72 pts. wt. natural rubber, 18-22 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 9-12 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3-4 pts. wt. sulfur powder, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. accelerator M, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. accelerator D, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. aluminum-zirconium coupling agent TL-5, 3-6 pts. wt. modified graphene, 22-25 pts. wt. sepiolite, 23-27 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 5-6 pts. wt. titanium nitride, 12-15 pts. wt. carbon black N660, triphenyl phosphate TPP, citrate, melamine phosphate, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, antioxidant MBZ and antioxidant NBC. USE - Modified graphene cable material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene cable material has high elasticity, and excellent wear resistance, heat resistance and flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified graphene cable comprises 68-72 pts. wt. natural rubber, 18-22 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 9-12 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3-4 pts. wt. sulfur powder, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. accelerator M, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. accelerator D, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. aluminum-zirconium coupling agent TL-5, 3-6 pts. wt. modified graphene, 22-25 pts. wt. sepiolite, 23-27 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 5-6 pts. wt. titanium nitride, 12-15 pts. wt. carbon black N660, 2-5 pts. wt. triphenyl phosphate TPP, 3-4.5 pts. wt. citrate, 2.3-3.6 pts. wt. melamine phosphate, 5-8 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. antioxidant MBZ and 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. antioxidant NBC. The modified graphene is obtained by adding 255-258 pts. wt. humic acid to (3.1-3.4)x 103 pts. wt. deionized water, adding 0.1-0.12 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution such that pH is adjusted to 8.2-9.2 to obtain sodium humate, mixing 55-58 pts. wt. graphene oxide and (5.7-6.5)x 104 pts. wt. deionized water, ultrasonically-treating for 2-2.3 hours to obtain graphene-oxide suspension, adding sodium humate to graphene-oxide suspension, to obtain sodium humate-graphene oxide mixed solution, magnetically-stirring the mixed solution using magnetic stirrer at rate of 2500-2800 rpm for 2.5-2.8 hours, placing the mixed solution in water bath at 85-88 degrees C, stirring at rate of 2000-2300 rpm, adding 79-82 wt.% hydrazine hydrate solution, stirring at rate of 2000-2300 rpm for 22-25 hours to obtain modified graphene suspension, vacuum-filtering the modified graphene suspension using 600-630 mesh-nylon filter under vacuum pressure of 20-23 kPa for 30-34 minutes. The weight ratio of hydrazine hydrate solution and graphene oxide is 48-51:52-55. The modified graphene cable material is obtained by mixing natural rubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer at 62-65 degrees C for 6-9 minutes, heating to 75-78 degrees C for 4-7 minutes, feeding the gel material into the mixer, adding modified graphene, aluminum-zirconium coupling agent TL-5, sepiolite, triphenyl phosphate TPP, calcined kaolin, citrate, titanium nitride, antioxidant MBZ, carbon black N660, melamine phosphate, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and antioxidant NBC, mixing at 90-95 degrees C for 20-23 minutes, adding sulfur powder, accelerator D and accelerator D, mixing for 2-3 minutes, and extruding using screw extruder at 137-140 degrees C under pressure of 20-25 kPa. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of modified graphene cable material.
