▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Forming surface-modified nanocomposite comprising surface modified graphene nanoparticles and poly(styrene-co-methylmethacrylate), comprises: melt blending poly(styrene-co-methylmethacrylate) and surface modified graphene nanoparticles for 5-20 minutes; and exposing the first nanocomposite to microwave irradiation to covalently bond poly(styrene-co-methylmethacrylate) to surface modified graphene nanoparticles and form surface-modified nanocomposite, where content of surface modified graphene nanoparticles in surface-modified nanocomposite is 0.05-2 wt.%. USE - The method is useful for forming surface-modified nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides surface-modified nanocomposite that has a storage modulus of 800-1300 MPA at 120 degrees C and 1400-1800 MPA at 40 degrees C, and electrical conductivity of 1x 10-3-2x 10-3 S/cm (claimed); is easy and green method that enhance the molecular level dispersion thus providing stronger interfacial interaction between graphene and the poly(styrene-co-methylmethacrylate) matrix, which significantly changing the final properties of the composites.
