▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The modulator has a metal electrode fixed with a light waveguide part through an arm, where refractive index of the light waveguide part is determined. A silicon dioxide substrate is formed with a silicon waveguide flat layer, where thickness of a silicon dioxide substrate is 450 nm, and thickness of the flat layer is 90nm. A graphene layer is formed on a ridge waveguide part. An isolating layer is arranged with a silicon waveguide layer and a graphite layer, where thickness of the graphene layer is 0.7 nm, and thickness of the isolation layer is 5 nm. USE - Graphene structure design based electric light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator has better electric light property, small volume, stable operation and easy industrialization effect, and improves bandwidth speed of a modulator and reduces insertion loss.
