▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The electrode has a nanocomposite structure made of graphene and indium tin oxide. The graphene and indium tin oxide are manufactured by solution process. USE - Transparent electrode for use in a flat panel display, a touch panel and a solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The electrode can effectively prevent deformation due to thermal expansion during manufacturing process, and maintains mechanical stability during bending and folding process of the electrode. The electrode has high conductivity property, high efficiency and low power effect. The electrode can be manufactured at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a transparent electrode.
