▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for mold pressing optical lens by non-isothermal heating comprises using high resistance silicon carbide/tungsten carbide material mold, installing upper and lower molds coated with conductive coating on mold pressing device, connecting an electrode to the upper molds respectively placing glass into the mold, vacuumizing the cavity, the upper molds are close to each other and the electrode is electrified, heating, when reaching a certain temperature, the middle and lower molds is changed into conductor, precisely adjusting electrifying current, making the temperature rise steadily, and when the temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, and extruding the glass, keeping the temperature and pressure for a period of time, controlling the current voltage to reduce the temperature, after reducing a certain degree, stopping supplying power, opening upper and low mold, the mold is reduced to normal temperature in the nitrogen. USE - Method for mold pressing optical lens by non-isothermal heating for a laser three-dimensional scanning apparatus, infrared laser range finder, infrared thermal imaging instrument and unmanned intelligent detecting system. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of high pressure in the mold pressing process, or the mold crushing condition caused by too much mold pressing times. The service life of the single crystal silicon mold is improved. The tungsten carbide mold with high cost is reduced in the traditional glass mold pressing technology. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of a method for mold pressing optical lens by non-isothermal heating (Drawing includes non-English language text).
