▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene semi-coated tin dioxide nanoparticle cluster composite material involves (a) dissolving surfactant in tin dioxide hydrosol, stirring mixture, (b) adding saccharide and small particle size graphene oxide to stirred mixture, stirring mixture to obtain uniform precursor dispersion, (c) subjecting precursor dispersion to hydrothermal treatment to obtain black precipitate, and (d) drying black precipitate and calcining obtained product. USE - Preparation of graphene semi-coated tin dioxide nanoparticle cluster composite material used as electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene semi-coated tin dioxide nanoparticle cluster composite material with improved charge/discharge capacity. The material effectively reduces formation of solid-electrolyte interface layer in electrode material.
