NOVELTY - Phase change controllable composite material wave absorber comprises a shell made of high-performance resin, filled with a phase-change controllable composite material made of solvent liquid and nano-wave absorbing particles. The solvent liquid is made of phase-change paraffin and surfactants with different phase-change temperatures, where the mass ratio of each phase change paraffin and surfactant is 10:1-1. The nano-wave absorbing particles are made of graphene, ferrite and absolute ethyl alcohol. The mass ratio of graphene, ferrite and absolute ethyl alcohol is 1:3-5:500. The mass ratio of nano-wave absorbing particles and solvent liquid is 1:9-4.182. USE - Used as phase change controllable composite material wave absorber. ADVANTAGE - The absorber: realizes the regulation and control of the wave absorbing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the composite material wave absorber, comprising (i) preparing phase change controllable composite materials, (ii) measuring the solid and liquid electromagnetic parameters and thermal parameters of the phase-change controllable composite material, (iii) designing the space structure of phase-change controllable composite material and high-performance resin shell according to electromagnetic parameters and thermal parameters, and conducting simulation analysis, (iv) preparing high-performance resin shells through additive manufacturing technology, and (v) filling the molten phase-change controllable composite material into a high-performance resin shell to obtain the finished product; and performance controlling method of the phase change controllable composite material wave absorber, comprising preparing phase change controllable composite absorber, then cooling and solidifying, controlling the temperature of the absorber by a heating mold, changing the phase state of the corresponding unit material through heating and heat preservation, and carrying out the electromagnetic wave reflection and transmission tests at different temperatures by the free space method in the microwave darkroom.
