▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A macroporous hydrogel with heat dissipation function is prepared by mixing organosilicon compound (I), water-soluble aggregate monomer, initiator and water. The water-soluble polymerizable monomer is polymerized and cross-linked, while releasing gas, to form a foaming system. USE - Macroporous hydrogel with radiating function, is used as radiating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The macroporous hydrogel is prepared by utilizing the characteristics that the silicon-nitrogen bond is easily hydrolyzed in an aqueous solution and the redistribution reaction of organic silicon occurs, to release ammonia gas. The foaming hydrogel is prepared by a one-step, simple process, without generation of residual solvents. The density of cells in the hydrogel, is adjusted by adjusting the amount of organosilicon compound, and also, the siloxane in the organosilicon compound, is hydrolyzed and condensed to further improve the strength and toughness of the hydrogel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A macroporous hydrogel with heat dissipation function is prepared by mixing organosilicon compound of formula (I), water-soluble aggregate monomer, initiator and water. The water-soluble polymerizable monomer is polymerized and cross-linked, while releasing gas, to form a foaming system. In formula (I), R1, R2, R3, R10, R11 and R12 =1-5C alkyl or methyl; R4, R5 =3-6C alkylene or propylidene; and R6- R9 = methyl, ethyl or propyl.
