NOVELTY - Polishing powder, comprises: 50-80 wt.% modified cerium oxide, 10 wt.% lubricating particles and 10-40 wt.% samarium oxide, and is prepared by adding the modified cerium oxide, the lubricating particles and the samarium oxide into a stirring tank, uniformly mixing, then crushing and grading, and controlling the particle size D50 to be 0.5-5 μ m and the particle size D100 to be 2-25 μ m o obtain a polishing powder for fine polishing of an electronic display screen. USE - The polishing powder is useful for fine polishing of an electronic display screen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polishing powder exhibits improved precision of fine polishing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the polishing powder for fine polishing of an electronic display screen, comprising adding the modified cerium oxide, the lubricating particles and the samarium oxide into a stirring tank, uniformly mixing, then crushing and grading, and controlling the particle size D50 to be 0.5-5 μ m and the particle size D100 to be 2-25 μ m to obtain a polishing powder for fine polishing of an electronic display screen.
