NOVELTY - Preparing low load rate graphene aerogel/polydimethylsiloxane pervaporation dealcoholizing film involves adding aqueous ammonia to adjust pH value and adding hydrazine hydrate according to a certain mass ratio with graphene oxide in graphene oxide solution, stirring and ultrasonicating, dispersing and configuring into an alkaline solution. The alkaline solution is subjected to room temperature reduction self-assembly and placed in a refrigerator for a period to freeze. The graphene aerogel is taken out and placed to be naturally dried at room temperature, put into a ball mill and ground into powder for subsequent use. The graphene aerogel powder is dissolved in an organic solvent. The ultrasonic dispersion is uniform and the macromolecular polymer, the cross-linking agent and the catalyst are added in turn, and the casting liquid is obtained after stirring uniformly. USE - Method for preparing low load rate graphene aerogel/polydimethylsiloxane pervaporation dealcoholizing film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare low load rate graphene aerogel/polydimethylsiloxane pervaporation dealcoholizing film, which has high porosity, large specific surface area, low mass density, good hydrophobicity, low loading rate filling with excellent mechanical properties, and exhibits significantly improved permeate fluxes and separation factors when used in pervaporation preferential dealcoholizing films.
