▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Biosensor comprises polymer obtained by reaction of initiator, monomer and 2-((2-oxopropanoyl)oxy)ethyl 5-(1,2-dithiolan-3-yl)pentanoate monomer (I), oxidase, and graphene oxide nanosheet. USE - The biosensor and diagnostic sensor are useful for prostate cancer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor and diagnostic sensor: have excellent reproducibility and storage stability for ≥ 3 weeks; significant potential in rapid and non-invasive treatment using patient's urine sample; and are simple and effective for sarcosine detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Biosensor comprises polymer obtained by reaction of initiator, monomer and 2-((2-oxopropanoyl)oxy)ethyl 5-(1,2-dithiolan-3-yl)pentanoate monomer of formula (I), oxidase, and graphene oxide nanosheet. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: diagnostic sensor for prostate cancer, comprising polymer obtained by reaction of initiator, monomer and 2-((2-oxopropanoyl)oxy)ethyl 5-(1,2-dithiolan-3-yl)pentanoate (I), sarcosine oxidase and reduced graphene oxide nanosheets; and producing diagnostic sensor for prostate cancer, comprising (a) synthesizing 2-((2-oxopropanoyl)oxy)ethyl 5-(1,2-dithiolan-3-yl)pentanoate monomer (I) using lipoic acid and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate having disulfide group, (b) obtaining copolymer by stirring initiator, monomer and 2-((2-oxopropanoyl)oxy)ethyl 5-(1,2-dithiolan-3-yl)pentanoate monomer, (c) obtaining mixture of the copolymer and graphene oxide, and (d) mixing the mixture and sarcosine oxidase and applying them on a carbon electrode.
