▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite carbon fiber preparation method involves adding (in weight parts) graphene or oxidized graphene (1) with solvent (10-1000), acrylonitrile monomer (10-1000) and initiator (0.01-10) and heating at 50-95 degrees C, followed by reacting for 1-60 hours under the protection of nitrogen, depositing, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain polyacrylonitrile graft. The obtained polyacrylonitrile graft (1) is added with organic solvent (5-150), followed by ultrasonic processing at 30-80oC to obtain polyacrylonitrile graft graphene sol-gel spinning solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite carbon fiber with excellent strength, toughness, modulus, thermal stability and conductivity in a simple, convenient and fast manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite carbon fiber preparation method involves adding (in weight parts) graphene or oxidized graphene (1) with solvent (10-1000), acrylonitrile monomer (10-1000) and initiator (0.01-10) and heating at 50-95 degrees C, followed by reacting for 1-60 hours under the protection of nitrogen, depositing, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain polyacrylonitrile graft. The obtained polyacrylonitrile graft (1 weight parts) is added with organic solvent (5-150 weight parts), followed by ultrasonic processing at 30-80oC for 0.1-10 hours under ultrasonic power of 5-50 KHz to obtain polyacrylonitrile graft graphene sol-gel spinning solution. The obtained sol-gel spinning solution is extruded at 10-80 degrees C for 1-100 seconds with speed of 1-100 ml/hour in a spinning capillary (5-500 micrometer) by using coagulating liquid, followed by solidifying for filamentation through winding device and drying to obtain the graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite carbon fiber precursor. The obtained precursor is added with reducing agent in presence of air for 0.1-100 hour and heated to 100-300 degrees C for 1-500 minutes with heating rate of 1-30 degrees C/minute, followed by placing the precursor in the protection of inert gas and heating to 300-1500 degrees C for 1-500 minutes with constant heating rate of 1-30 degrees C/minute to get fiber. The obtained fiber is cooled to obtain graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite carbon fiber product.
