▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene coated white carbon black nano composite material comprises (i) adding 0.1-0.5 g graphite oxide and 1-3 g cyclomethicone into 100 ml deionized water and stirring at room temperature for 20 minutes at 200 revolutions/minute; (ii) adding 1 g polysulfide(PS)-polyethylene glycol (PEG) resin into the above solution, heating to 60-80 degrees C, and stirring at 300 revolutions/minute for 3 hours; (iii) cooling above solution to room temperature, introducing into photoreactor, irradiating and reacting by an YLS-2000 laser for 6 hours to obtain a black gel; (iv) placing gel in 150 ml volume mixture of deionized water and n-butanol at ratio 1:1, sonicating at 80-120 W at 30-50 KHz for 2-3 hours, filtering under suction filter and washing filter cake using deionized water until the quality is unchanged; and (v) drying filter cake under vacuum at 50-80 degrees C for 8-10 hours, and grinding dried filter cake. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene coated white carbon black nano composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, simple and rapid, and does not require any photo catalyst or reducing agent and produces environmentally-friendly and stable material.
