NOVELTY - Graphene material is prepared by dissolving graphite powder in organic solvent or water to form suspension, putting suspension into a container installed with gear set and stirring suspension at low speed of 1-800 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 5-30 hours; ultrasonically treating obtained slurry for 5-2 hours, and then high speed centrifuging at 1000-4000 rpm for 5 minutes to obtain upper layer solution as single layer graphene solution; and concentrating upper layer solution and separating to obtain graphene powder or graphene solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes continuous gear rotation to stir graphite suspension, thus overcoming defect and low yield when using mechanical method. Further, the method has high efficiency and obtains high quality product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene material comprises: (A) dissolving graphite powder in organic solvent or water to form suspension, then putting suspension into a container installed with gear set and stirring the suspension at low speed of 1-800 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 5-30 hours, and taking out obtained slurry; (B) ultrasonically treating the slurry for 5-2 hours, then high speed centrifuging at 1000-4000 rpm for 5 minutes, ensuring not to peel off graphite particles precipitate on bottom layer, and obtaining upper layer solution as single layer graphene solution; and (C) concentrating and separating upper layer solution to obtain graphene powder or graphene solution.
