NOVELTY - Graphene anticorrosive powder coating comprises 55-80 wt.% resin, 5-20 wt.% curing agent, 5-25 wt.% functional filler, 0.2-3 wt.% pigment, 0.5-3 wt.% defoamer, 0.5-2 wt.% degreasing agent, 0.5-3 wt.% leveling agent, 2-5 wt.% sanding agent, 0.5-2 wt.% brightener, 0.5-3 wt.% curing accelerator, 0.1-2 wt.% anti-caking agent and 0.01-5 wt.% graphene. USE - Graphene anticorrosive powder coating used for railway track fastener including spring, gauge baffle, spike, bolt and iron plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has improved coating index and enhanced corrosion resistance; prolongs the service life of fastener; is convenient for daily maintenance; and reduces the number of replacement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of graphene anticorrosive powder coating comprising using detergent and shot blasting machine to remove surface oil and rust stains, washing with water, oven-baking at 200-300 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, hanging dry fastener on the assembly line, entering into the spray chamber through the conveyor belt, using electrostatic spray gun to full spray graphene powder coating, spraying for 0.5-3 minutes, removing, recycling scattered powder coating, curing at 18-220 degrees C for 10-25 minutes, cooling, checking the coating status, repairing if there are leaks or less spray defects of fasteners, testing, applying on railroad tracks and testing its performance 3-4 months on a regular basis.
