▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Modification of graphene involves processing graphene with electron beam with energy of 0.1-1.5 eV and current density of 1-1.2 mu A/cm2. USE - Modification of graphene for transparent electrode and hole transport layer of organic solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene is modified by simple method without using organic solvent. The modified graphene has excellent conductivity and transparency.
